My Story

For over 30 years, I've been dedicated to helping people in Liverpool get fitter, stronger, and healthier. What started as a passion for boxing has evolved into a comprehensive approach to fitness and wellbeing.

Throughout my career, I've worked with people of all ages and fitness levels - from complete beginners taking their first steps towards fitness, to experienced athletes looking to refine their skills. I've also specialised in helping people overcome low back pain, using targeted exercise to build strength and prevent future issues.

Based at Ringside Fitness Box in Liverpool, I provide expert coaching in boxing, personal training, kettlebell training, and specialised low back pain programmes. My approach is simple: personalised attention, proven methods, and a genuine commitment to helping you achieve your goals.
